my first issue

Not sure what happen last night. All I can blame it on was too much chicken broth. I got nauseous about 30 minutes later, diarrhea, almost puked.. took a nausea pill and forced myself to get on the bed. Was that dumping? I'm only 10 days post op and had nothing like that. My broth had fat in it.

Yup..Classic symptoms of dumping! Not fun eh....

I get really sweaty and my heart starts to pound when I dump. Along with all the other dumping issues not sure if I want to vomit or sit. It's not a good feeling that's for sure.
