gomekast 559 Posted January 17, 2014 So...I get the dry heaves if I go too long without Water. I get them if I wait too long between waking up and having my Breakfast shake. I get them if I haven't brushed my teeth... I get them easily...always have. Does any of this sound like what your maybe going threw?
Branmuffin 190 Posted January 17, 2014 I'm going to say maybe you take Meds at night and wake up with them on empty stomach is making you sick? I get sick if I take Meds at night or before I eat either one.
Lovely London 5 Posted January 17, 2014 I called & left a message for my surgeon. I will also try drinking as soon as I wake up like gomekast mentioned. Hopefully it's nothing serious, as I wait for a callback.
Pagie 64 Posted January 18, 2014 This happened to me once. It scared me to death. My surgeon put me on a ppi. The overproduction of acid on my stomach caused it in my case. Hope you feel better.

Pagie 64 Posted January 18, 2014 @lovely- it's a ?proton inhibitor. It helps your sleeve not produce as much acid.
