Surgery feb 11th

Hey everyone,

I am so excited about my surgery and ready for a new but still fabulous me!!! Doc wants me to do a pre preop diet; 2 Protein shakes and 1 sensible meal a day!! Lol I can't be mad I had to many "last meals" and gained a few pounds. With that being said.... Does anyone have any suggestions on good tasting Protein Shakes... Do they even exist????

I'm doing something similar, two Protein Shakes then dinner. I've found that if I make my shakes with a little real sweetener they're a lot better, don't know if it would work after surgery, but the weights coming off really well for me now! What I've been doing is two tablespoons of my Protein Shake and one of quik. I can honestly say I'm not hungry for most of the day doing this!

I've gotten a few free samples of shakes but haven't tried any because dr. And most here say your taste will change post op. But if you find one let me know..lol

A lot of people like Premier Protein from sams or costco. chocolate or vanilla. They're prretty good. I used them both pre and post op

EAS at Wal-Mart, pre mixed strawberry is the best

Premier is delicious. I enjoy the vanilla.
