skinnygirlwithin 693 Posted January 16, 2014 Hi all, I am 5 weeks sleeved yesterday. I haven't counted calories yet, was worried about getting in the Protein and fluids. I just feel like I should have a balance all the way around. Can anyone guide me to a good way to look up calories or web site? mistysj 1,940 Posted January 16, 2014 (edited) Most people here use MyFitnessPal.com or mynetdiary.com. There is also sparkpeople.com and thedailyplate.com and calories.about.com. Be careful because most of them give you recommendations that are very inaccurate for bariatric patients.
