I'm at 34 BMI, and want to lose about 70 lbs. I have my consult in 3 weeks and am hoping I get accepted. I'd rather do the sleeve than the band so keeping my fingers crossed. I'll let you know what they say if you're interested. Also will someone tell more about the Mexico option if I get denied?

Please share details after your consult. The Mexico option is a self pay option. I have seen a lot of posts from individuals that got sleeved by Dr. Ortiz in Tijuana. It's called the OCC.
