Kaiser patients, did you have issues getting approved based on the amount of days in the program?

Heard it thru the grapevine that you should have met 180 days in the program for approval but at my 6th visit, that only makes 165 days.

Another user said that her nut had to use specific wording to try to get her accepted because she also only had around 167 days. Then the nut mentioned that she may be required to come for another visit.

Anyone ever heard or dealt with this? Can we possibly be approved anyway??
