i was sleeved on the 13th, Lucky for me, there wasn't much pain.. my only issue is that when I stand up, it feels like my insides are about to fall out. does anyone have any tips for this? I hold my stomach but that's the only thing i can do at this moment. also, when were you able to sleep pn your side?

thanks everyone!

First off, congrats on your new sleeve!!! You're on you're way to a new you.

When my sister got sleeved they put an abdominal binder on her. You can get them at DME stores. You may wanna ask your dr if it's ok to use it. I know the way you feel, I've had c-sections that felt the same way. The binder is the way to go. Until you get one, take a pillow and hold it in against your tummy when you cough, laugh or get up and down.
