I don't have a date yet, but I am very nervous about drinking the magnesium citrate. I have had it before and could not keep it down. Should I talk to the doctor about this or should I just bare it and force it down?

My pharmacist said to put it in the fridge way ahead of time so it's nice and cold. It doesn't taste as bad that way. I didn't have a problem with it.

Also u can add mio to it or crystal light and it does mask the taste! food for thought!
