1st Dietician apt since surgery

All went well but she said I need more Protein and since I'm working out I need more calories problem is I have hard time eating what I do eat bc I get so full. She was happy with my weight loss results in 9weeks and I am too :)

For me it was the toughest thing in the world to get even close to bare minimum when it came to Protein or Water. The first six months are a challenge, but I'm sure you're up for it! To me it sounds like you're doing quite alright. Hang in there!

Haha I'm always up for a challenge :) sometimes I over challenge myself like jogging 2 miles when I only ate 500 calories. Won't do that again :/ almost passed out.
