Well, I've been on my pre-op diet for 1 week! 8 lbs down and 7 days to go! Pre-op blood work/EKG , etc tomorrow! Ready to get the party started and have my surgery! The hardest part is watching my family eat dinner..

My pre-op meeting with the surgeon is Feb 6th, and my surgery is scheduled for the 14th. I'm pretty nervous about the surgery, but the consequences of not getting it done are far greater. I'm told I need to start my pre-op diet a week before surgery.

Just dropping back in to see how everyone's doing as our time is fast approaching. I had to take a little time out and get focused...on me...no one else but me! I'm now happy to say I'm 110% in this, no doubts no fears!! Can't wait for the 17th to get here :-)

My date is Feb 12... Early Valentines day present to myself! I'm very nervous but also excited. Want to get this going! I started 2 week liquid diet today and I know it won't be easy(:
