I'm on regular foods. Getting 70-100 grams of Protein a day and drinking like a champ. I'm one month out and have lost 25 already. I'm getting 700-900 calories a day (one all time high day of 1000).

Does this seem like to much to anyone? I have little mini-stalls here and there but the weight loss has been consistent. I definitely have around a 4oz restriction.

Or, should I shut my trap. Be grateful that I'm losing and not stress the day to day calories?

Sounds like you are doing great. My dr and NUT have said They expect 1000-1200 calories per day and 70-100 grams of Protein.

Continue to focus on Proteins and liquids, IMHO!
