Rhyzell 70 Posted January 14, 2014 Have always been hot-blooded -- rarely even using covers in the winter. Now I am so cold!! Am I the only one? Why? I'm cold all the time now. I used to sweat sitting still. No more.. I even wear jammies to bed! 1 Cherry reacted to this

sherryb 2 Posted January 14, 2014 Me too! Cold all the time, I'm the one that would wear sleeveless shirts during the winter. I feel like my muscles are shivering all the time. That's good calorie burning going on right?
terry1118 1,274 Posted January 14, 2014 I used to be hot ALL the time. Now I'm freezing! I lost all my insulation! But that's why we have coats and sweaters, right? :-)

thinndskies 52 Posted January 14, 2014 My hair would get wet with sweat just shopping before surgery. As soon as I had the surgery, Oct 15,, 2013, I was cold. I rearranged the family room so my chair was nearest the fireplace. I even bought a big fuzzy robe and I haven't worn a robe in forever. It must be something to do with the surgery since I hadn't lost more than 20 lbs before surgery.
redstacey 33 Posted January 14, 2014 I thought it was just me. I have been having the same thing. I would break a sweat doing the smallest thing and it was so embarrassing for me. I was always hot blooded. Turn the air conditioning down at night and sleep with two fans. Now instead of my family complaining of how cold it was in the house while they were all dressed like Eskimos, they are complaining about how hot it is like they are dressed to go to the beach and I am wrapped up like an Eskimo. Getting-used-to-new-me 119 Posted January 14, 2014 I'm a guy who before surgery could go out in snow in shorts and shirtsleeves. Now I have to have the thermostat up, an extra blanket, and even have to wear jammies to bed! I'm cooking my wife and teenage daughter out of the house! All this after surgery. What the what??? terry1118 1,274 Posted January 15, 2014 I'm sitting on my couch just five feet from my wood stove and I'm wearing a sweater. It's 72° in my living room - and in front of the stove it has to be 80°! I'm feeling all warm and cozy right now... :-)
