I truly sympathize with anxiety over the food issues at the office.

But soooooo proud of your strengths and stick-to-it-ness

Most people only wish they could be that person who makes a commitment and doesn't let anything stop them . Believe me for so many years I'd wish I was that person and always watched and admired that other person who is now YOU. Its so worth it wear you badge of honor proudly WE deserve it.

I really think she has issues she came up here and four of us are watching our weight and she says I know you guys are all dieting but I have an extra egg and sausage mcmuffin do any yall want it ??? we all declined
