1Day1Life4Now 882 Posted January 13, 2014 From what I've read, you can't put it in anything over 140 degrees F so I think that would preclude you from using it for baking. I suppose you could add it to Soup, hot chocolate, hot tea and maybe a few other things as long as the temp was 140 or below. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
feedyoureye 3,087 Posted January 13, 2014 Yes you can bake with it. It hardens up over 140... like Protein does, like an egg might. Just mix it with flour, etc. It just is yucky when it is in coffee or something thats too hot... curdles... does not "denature" the Protein though...except the texture.
