Unjury Protein is the VERY best. Get the unflavored and mix it with everything. Soup, potatoes, oatmeal, cream of wheat. My favorite is to mixed a scoop of Unjury with crystal light and Water. Often I also sprinkle in the powder non thickening Fiber. All of that together taste just like crystal light only. You get 20 oz of water, 20 g of protein and fiber to help you potty. You have to go to their website to order it. Best thing I ever did in sleevedom.

I have purchased some Unflavored unjury and haven't tried it yet. But I'm a HUGE fan of the chicken Soup (I'm drinking a lot of it b/c I'm on my preop diet) and the Protein cheese sauce mix is to die for! I'm definitely ordering more of both!

I LOVE Unjury Chocolate...makes the best shakes! I add some ice and PB2 and sometimes SF Butterscotch pudding to make a "Butterfinger Shake"...YUMMY! Seems like I'm cheating :rolleyes:
