I haven't bee told how much Water I need daily. I'm 4 days post op.

They want you to work your way up to 64 oz but 4 days out you are just going to keep sipping but no more than 8 oz an hour, for most its a chore but do your best...sip sip sip ....congrats!

Hi,

I was told 64oz. a day. I didn't meet that goal everyday, but try as hard as you can to make it. You do not want to get dehydrated. Good Luck!!!
