Just gel like I keep yoyoing . I did just join the gym so can't use weather as excuse and am committed to doing this . I am going to do my pre op diet for This week and see if a jump start will help me mentally and physically . Any input would be great . That diet is two shakes a day and one meal of Protein and cooked veg . I know it was tough to do before so praying that I can do this!! 1 Leepers reacted to this
Lady VS Â Â 1,147 Posted January 12, 2014 Sounds as though you're off to a good start. Anytime you need to get back to what u need to in order to keep losing, doing the pre op diet always does the trick. Good luck. 2 hopefulinNY and Leepers reacted to this
Leepers   1,195 Posted January 12, 2014 I don't like to say Good Luck because I always feel like it has an underlying feeling that I don't believe it will really happen. So, I like to say BEST WISHES!! You can do this. Look at how far you have come and with so many set backs. You will be successful. Enjoy the preop diet! 1 hopefulinNY reacted to this
rosettag   122 Posted January 14, 2014 I've made the same decision as yours.I'll try to go on a sort of pre-op diet for...I don't know how long. I think it won't last longer than a week because I' afraid it would be unhealthy . One day at a time. So,I'll try only for today. Tomorrow? I know I'm powerless over the future. And tomorrow is the future. 1 hopefulinNY reacted to this
