Wonder why no one has published a restaurant guide for national restaurant chains.. Would sure be great to be able to know places that we can count on for low fat, low sugar and high Protein choices... Your thoughts? Or input from your experiences?

I am only 7 weeks out but find Bob Evans beefy veg Soup tasty.. Just leave that corn out.. Also chick o fil grilled nuggets..

Hi there-

Get the phone app calorie king. List many restaurants and their menu items caloric count, Protein, etcetera.
