Txpo Chick 12 Posted January 10, 2014 I have been noticing that if I am hungry and have to wait to eat, or forgot to eat, that I get a dull pain then my tummy talks. Is this something that others have experienced?
SandyM 1,956 Posted January 10, 2014 Some people confuse the stomach growling with hunger pains. This isn't necessarily true. Try drinking some liquids if its not time to eat and if that doesn't work, try a Protein snack of some kind.

Txpo Chick 12 Posted January 11, 2014 When I say tummy talking I really mean I am hungry. I have noticed that if forget to eat or I realize I haven't eaten in 6-8 hours that I get a dull pain. Just curious if I have done something to my band.

What happens to me if I don't is I forget all the rules about eating slowly chewing well and making good choices. Then I have big regrets. I keep healthy Snacks around just in case. Things like Protein Bars, baby bell cheeses, shakes even vege chips which I find very satisfying 2 ☠carolinagirl☠ and Milliekay193 reacted to this
