I was sleeved 10/2/13, today I completed the first day of couch to 5k. This is a big accomplishment for me as to say I was out if shape is a big understatement. I kept pushing myself and I did it. So excited!

Excellent...so good to have a goal like that! I have RA, so my legs are very bad and walking can be quite a chore...however, with the weight loss, it has been SO much better!!!! No cane, no walker anymore unless I am doing a LOT of walking. New knees in the future to help out... but I really need to get on task with better exercise as well...good luck to you!

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
