I'm on Day 7 of fourteen, so far so good. Anyone else on Pre-op diet now?

Yes I just finished day 9 of 21. Still doing pretty good. Surprised it is as easy as it is for me so far.

HMR 800 chocolate flavor. Congrats on day 9 , I to am surprised that day one went by so well. This morning ugh another shake lol.
