5Towner 1 Posted January 8, 2014 I had my band to sleeve revision on December 26th . My doctor didn't mention it but after reading all of the posts, I'm assuming I too have a pouch above my sleeve . I had 640 calories of Opti plus broth for the first 10 days but increased it to 800 calories a day to get my Protein level up to 70 grams over the last few days. My scale shows I'm 5 pounds above the weight I was the morning before the revision and no weight loss since. Am I to assume that is because of the swelling due to my band removal and sleeve being done at the same time , the weight loss will show once the swelling goes down. I have most certainly lost inches ,not stressing but just looking for a reality check from others.
