Mixed feelings i need advice

I am having the same feelings and thought. I am not losing as fast as I thought I would. Actually only one month post op and I am already at a stall and still on the 200's.

I thought I pd 5 grand to be stuck in the 200's?!?! I need support as well :(

Mita, I find that keeping busy and forgetting the scale is a great way to take my focus off one pound or two. Just follow your plan, change your habits, and voila! You will be successful. It is not good to obsess on the big picture and want too much too fast. I promise you that in a few months you will be so happy as you watch yourself emerge as a beautiful butterfly and you will not regret this. Best wishes! We ARE your support! One day at a time!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
