I start my shakes on Monday it's going to be a interesting 3 wks pre op and no food :S I hope between the shakes an broths I stay full !

Hey ladies! I had my surgery feb. 4th also. I had to do the shake diet for two weeks and thought I'd die. I was starving all the time. I think I lost about 10lbs. After the surgery is hard too. I'm hungry for things I can't have and have a hard time eating what I can.

How did surgery go? Mine was suppose to be today but after a week of shakes they cancelled an rebooked for fed 28th so I start my shakes back up on Thursday!!

My surgery couldn't have gone smoother. I had an awesome doctor and great nursing staff. I can't believe you have to do the shakes again! I would die. That's great you're sticking with it. That's the hard part.

This morning is day one of the shakes again ... I find they really dry me out but I know the week I did take them by day 3 I felt like I had a lot more energy an I lost 10 lbs in that week so that's what keeps me going lol .... So glad to hear you had a good experience keep us posted with your progress
