ncbucki 7 Posted January 6, 2014 Surgery was June 24 2 weeks prior to Surgery I was 419 Surgery day I was 399 Was uncomfortable, felt tired Today 292. Did 5 miles at the gym in 60 minutes and feel great Sure I still drink soda and in occasion I have a small cookie and rice, Pasta....but I eat very little of it, this tool has been very helpful.
