I was honestly afraid to even come here and post for fear of people being mean about it. I feel like a failure sometimes at it really sucks. But I refuse to let that be true. I lost about 100 pounds (Down from 379 my heaviest)- with still 100 to go since I was a heavy weight. I stalled at 280 and then the weight crept on. I put on about 14lbs. When I saw 294 on the scale over the holidays I FREAKED. I've taken off 5lbs so far, down to 288 but still a ways to go. But this thead was really helpful to me and I thank everyone for their helpful advice in here. I'm back to tracking my food again daily (If anyone wants to add me on MFP my name is Fallenangel2904) could use new support on there! And I'm going to join the V day challange too! I know things are going to be a little harder because I've lost a lot of the restriction I felt early on. I just am truly to figure out Portion Control again since for so long I let my sleeve do it for me. I have to be on top of it. We got this!
