rhonda2006 64 Posted January 5, 2014 Thanks everyone. To be honest I don't really get to work out yet. Occasionally go for a walk. I work full time as a restaurant manager, and have 2 year old twins, so time is very limited. I get up at 430 every morning go to work and when I get home I don't stop til I get to go to bed and by then I'm exhausted I fall right to sleep.< /p> 1 Ms skinniness reacted to this

Have you thought about getting a Fitbit? I got mine so I could increase my steps during the day since getting to the gym is hard for me. 2 Schmincke and Ms skinniness reacted to this
