Apps?

I. I'm new to all of this but does anyone recommend certain weight loss apps to be able to input my goal weight and enter my food and Water intake and my starting date and so on?!

I've never used any kind of calorie/fluid tracker, but Fitday seems to be the one I see mentioned time and time again. They offer free accounts - http://www.fitday.com/

My fitness pal and Calorie King are the two I use. You can record everything on pal and research nutrition on calorie king

Fooducate is another. You can track your food and exercise. But the really neat thing is you can scan the bar scan on the foods you grab off the shelf and it will tell you what it has in it, such as excess sugar, high fructose sugars, MSG, GMO''s, etc.

I've been using My Fitness Pal and really like it. It is very easy to use.

I don't use any of the food apps, but I have found an app on my phone called Waterlogged that I use on my ugh days to motivate and keep track of my Water intake.
