Just wondering what everyone likes to drink after RNY. I've been sticking to Water, crystal light and coffee. Missing the carbonated drinks even sparkling water but that's a NO NO I know. :-) thanks!

I have a couple drinks I like.

Ice tea

Powerade with egg whites added in it for added Protein

Lipton unsweetened ice tea, orange juice with Unjury unflavored Protein, coffee, Water, propel flavored water , crystal light

Water. Crystal Lite. Koolade with Splends. chocolate Protein Powder with milk. Sometimes I freeze it so it's like ice milk. And forxacspecial treat I have sugar free hot chocolate with just a spritz of whipped cream.
