xmarycontraryx 234 Posted January 4, 2014 Hey Rachael, Good for you for reaching out and recognizing change needs to be made. I visited my Dr yesterday and was told while counting calories wasn't as important, keep you Protein over 70g, your carbs under 100g and fat under 30g. By following these it should be easy to keep your calories under 1200. Feel free to join me on My Fitness Pal if you'd like . My username is xmarycontraryx. Best of luck! 1 Me-lite reacted to this
Chantel 67 Posted January 4, 2014 The PA at my surgeon's office said calories should be 800 to 1,200. Protein first, then veggies, then a healthy carb if not already full. I try to get anywhere from 60 to 100 grams of protein per day.

I'm willing to bet every person on this board has had their moments, I sure have. Get yourself on MFP, get an accountability partner, and get back on track! 2 Aline728 and ready2inspire reacted to this
Cheer Mama 166 Posted May 3, 2014 I have been at the same weight now for 8 months. I was just put on a 600-800 calorie restriction. I'm on day 2. I didn't think I would start to loose again so quickly, but I am. This makes it soooo much easier to pass up the pigs in a blanket I made for my family.
