It's still amazes me that the weight is coming off and I am more active than I've ever been. I have been talked into doing a half marathon this upcoming weekend so wish me luck! But it makes me really really sad and moody. Anyone have any suggestions? Popsicles... It sounds like it won't taste as good as everything else but it helps... The first 8 weeks were the hardest and I think I cried everyday because everyone could eat such delicious meals and I was stuck with shakes , Soup, and oatmeal...
