So at year end, I decided to take a new comparison pic to visualize how far I have come from my pre-surgery weight and body condition. I'm now back in the gym, working toward being in the best shaoe of my life at 46 -- and feeling so much healthier!

I started at 265, and am now 175 -- the first pic is day 1 post surgery.
