I am new here and just ran across the title of your post. I love it. This us what I tell myself almost everyday. No matter what- ill never be as heavy as I was when I started- I'll never feel like that again. For me-- it's not about perfection- just going better today that I did yesterday and knowing that I'll never have to go back to the day I heard/saw that highest number. Starting this thread was just what I needed to get myself out there and put a different spun on how I see things. I just flew from Seattle to Chicago like I do every two months for work and thought to myself: it's only a little but I feel better in this seat than I did the last time. And the next one I'll feel even better!
