Christi85 24 Posted January 2, 2014 (edited) I'm 3 1/2 weeks post op and I can tolerate around 3 oz of pureed food. Does that sound normal? Edited January 2, 2014 by Christi85
bloreorbust 286 Posted January 2, 2014 Normal, but try not to worry about how much you can eat. I stead, focus on the guidelines your surgeon set and get to know what the full feeling feels like so you learn to stop just before that. Truly, for optimal digestion, you want a bit of room left in your stomach or pouch. 2 mommashari and BBdoodle reacted to this

My husband says I'm not eating much. I guess my brain and my stomach are trying to relate for once... lol 1 BBdoodle reacted to this

ajustice 484 Posted January 4, 2014 I'm over 8mo out and I'm probably close to a cup. Denser Proteins I can't handle as much in volume. I think my pouch has mood swings cause somedays I feel I could eat more and then others a few bites and I'm so full I'm breathing heavier. Generally I'm probably a cup on a good day.
