Zakura7477 14 Posted January 2, 2014 Hi everyone! I found this awesome list of Protein foods on a vegan website. Of course the old adage of "if you are vegan, you cannot get enough Protein in your diet" seems dashed now. I am not a vegan, but this site does give a lot of good info. Personally I love edamame (soybeans) and they have 29 grams of protein in one cup!!!
