Scorpion11 99 Posted February 19, 2014 Hello September post-ops!! Congrats to everyone!! Keep up the great job!! I'm a November WLS. Seeking advise on what worked for you, did you get weak/fatigue and hair loss. Any suggestions. My progress: WLS 11/14/13 SW 266 CW 233 GW 165 I'm averaging 2 lbs per week, no exercise due to knee injury/pain. Doctor is happy with my progress. I'm too, my battle is to have enough energy to function upon getting up to hey ready to drive to work and get through the day. Issues I've been experiencing feeling tired, fatigue and exhausted. I eat all my water/ meals/proteins/vitamins and average 600 to 900 calories daily, try to eat more to get energy levels up, helps some days. I'm 3 months as of Friday 2/14/14 and I've stated losing globs of hair especially after I Shampoo. So I'm washing every other day. I was expecting this may happen, but so emotionally distressing and nerve wrecking to see it come out so much so quickly. I'm totally freaked out. Praying it slows down soon. Anyone else feeling exhausted and losing your hair??
Missj9 42 Posted March 19, 2014 I take juice a Plus every day and make sure I intake plenty of Protein. The only time I had Hair loss was when I slacked-up on the protein. I hope you discover what the issue is-it's wakeful to lose your hair. 1 gourmetone reacted to this

Missj9 42 Posted March 19, 2014 It's capsules that provide all the phytonutrients of fruits and vegetables without eating all the USDA recommended servings. I'm a firm believer this has helped me with some of the deficiencies that are so common. I take 2 fruits in the morning and 2 veggies in the evening. The only ingredients are fruits and vegetables-nothing else-i've watched a video on how they do it and it's pretty amazing. And, BTW, spellcheck wreaks havoc again! I was trying to type "awful". Missj9 42 Posted March 19, 2014 SAMs Club sells a version called juice Festive (in the Vitamin area). It's much cheaper than Juice Plus and I think just as good.
