I only weigh at my doctor's visits..... Last weigh in was on 12/2/13...... I weighed 234.5. I'll weigh again on Jan. 13. Age: 53 City: New Orleans, Louisiana Dietary Goal for January: Weekdays-- 2 meals per day, with one of those meals being a Protein shake with frozen fruit. The other meal to be Proteins and vegetables. Weekends---splitting restaurant meals with my husband. Exercise Goal for January: Gym 5-6 days/week 60 minutes of cardio every other day. 45 minutes of cardio, plus weight resistance circuit on days in between. Ultimate Exercise Goal: LEARN HOW TO RUN !!!!!!! Personal Goal for January: Get my paperwork organized and filed, so that I'm not doing that the night before I do my income tax. Heccat2 154 Posted January 2, 2014 Hello everyone. I have been gone from the forum for about two months, during which time I was suffering a serious "too tight" issue. As a result, my doctor had to remove most of the liquid in the band. Since then, I have gained 7 pounds from overrating and making bad food choices. However, I am determined to make this year the best ever! Today, I will begin to take control over my life and my health with a vengeance. I realized that I did not spend ten thousand dollars or more to gain the weight back after making it half way to my goal weight! I know I can turn this around, I just need to be strong and stay on this forum for the support I need. Today, I will start going to the gym.
