khelm32 52 Posted January 1, 2014 Did the pre op testing yesterday. I've been doing a 1200 calorie diet for 2 weeks now. Now I start on a more restricted diet: v8, oatmeal, cottage cheese, Soups, sugar free Jello, Protein Shakes. I can only eat those foods but I have to get in 80 grams of Protein. Upper GI on Saturday. Anyone else in this stage of the process?

blueturtle 74 Posted January 1, 2014 I have banding on the 6th. My pre-op diet is a low carb one. I will say I have had some difficulty sticking to it wholeheartedly, but on the up side I have found some high Protein low carb combinations I really enjoy! Also I am eating less... A lot less and I am more conscientious of what and how much I am eating of all food. This makes me feel like I am making progress I ordered the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury Protein shakes, but apparently not soon enough they are suppose to be here tomorrow. I'm looking forward to trying those. What kind are you using? Did the pre op testing yesterday. I've been doing a 1200 calorie diet for 2 weeks now.
