ajustice 484 Posted January 1, 2014 Every single year I've started off saying I would lose weight and focus on my health but this year I actually did it. I was looking at pictures from 1 year ago and can't believe that was me! This year I am not making any resolutions but instead goals. What are a few of your goals for this year? What is your plans for progress in 2014? Happy New Years!!!
Amour.de.lionne 63 Posted January 1, 2014 My goal for this year is go eat more fruits and vegetable along with eating better, I've already quit smoking so my weight is something I want to concentrate on, hopefully next year that won't be on my list! & also work on my patience lol
terry1118 1,274 Posted January 1, 2014 My goals for 2014. To eat healthy and stay active and reinforce the lifestyle changes I've made so that they are a permanent change in my life. To take more day trips and at least one good vacation now that I'm healthy enough to enjoy myself. To get to know my husband again now that we are truly empty-nesters. To go back to my hobbies of drawing, painting, and gardening. I want to restore my neglected gardens to their former glory. To walk my dogs daily so they stay healthy, too! (But not till spring - my boys don't like cold and snow) When I started this process last February my only goal was to be healthy so I could LIVE my life instead of just enduring it. Essentially, that is still my overall goal. :-)
ajustice 484 Posted January 2, 2014 I have a huge move next week across country and away from my family. I think my goal for this year is to adapt well, get more in shape, learn to ski, and work on continuing improving my health.
Mkmb2006 41 Posted January 3, 2014 I have a huge move next week across country and away from my family. I think my goal for this year is to adapt well, get more in shape, learn to ski, and work on continuing improving my health. Those are great goals. A move is big - I've moved cross country five or six times (I know, I'm mental), and being away from family is tough. But, you have new opportunities to meet new people, find new places you enjoy, etc. good luck on your new adventure!
