ProudGrammy 8,322 Posted December 31, 2013 (edited) Hahaha apparently I'm not up on the lingo! rmubvashrink a ticker shows your weight loss ie your starting weight could be 750 lbs. ....as you lose weight you make a change on the ticker showing you've lost for example 5 lbs or the ticker can show your BMI, in the same way, showing the number decreasing i used to have a ticker, but changed it with an explanation of my weight loss instead in my signature file anyways - directions for ticker 101 (other newbies also can listen ) hope i say this right........... go to your small picture at the top of the page click on your name "my ticker" will appear in the "pull downs" push "it" proceed and push "create ticker" then continue to follow instructions i can tell you are a smart cookie I'm sure you can figure it out hope i said this right not the best at directions somebody else might chime in with better way to do this great weight loss good luck kathy congrats Edited December 31, 2013 by proudgrammy Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
