lonorth41 0 Posted March 19, 2007 Hi, everyone. I need some help or mentoring. I was banded on June 2, 2006. I have not lost that much weight in over 9 months. I have only lost 12 pounds. I have had 5 fills. I would like someone to mentor me and help me lose this darn weight. I have figured a way to eat around the band. I'm would love to see threads that post menus of what people are eating for the day/week. I do have restriction, but I just eat the things that I shouldn't because I'm hungry. I need to feel full and I haven't ever gotten to that point. I'm very frustrated and maybe need to look at this in a different light. Can any one help me? Do you consume hard Protein like chicken, fish, beef, pork, or do you only eat a diet of soft foods? Have you tried tracking your intake of food on fitday.com or sparkpeople.com? I got so discouraged that I told him I didn't care if he overfilled me. Now I am lucky if I get 3-4 bites in without filling/getting sick. I can't eat the foods I want. Which that is a good thing! But I am not losing weight. I have lost only 4 pounds since my Dec surgery. My band holds 4cc and I know the first fill was 1.5 the last one wasn't a 1. Good luck!!!
