brittdSiegel 0 Posted December 30, 2013 Hi everyone , New to the group. I am only post op 10 days .. I am already struggling ( lots of pain from doing to much ) with sitting down ... 3 yrs ago I lost 90 lbs by eating right and working out .. Then I lost my mom , and my husband left me and my 4 kids, ,,, well needless to say it ALL came back .. So here I sit . Starting back on the right path. I miss working out .. I want to so bad .. How long till any of you got in the gym? Where did you start , what do you recommend work out wise ? I cant wait to run again !!!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
