RJ'S/beginning 5,358 Posted December 30, 2013 Yup it's true. I got the official information today...I am in the middle of menopause..When the hell did that happen..Last I heard I was pre-menopausal. Oh boy, waiting now to hear that I have a brain tumor or something like that..What is left I ask? As Arney says " it is not a brain tumor."

LindafromFlorida 1,542 Posted December 30, 2013 Might as well relax LOL because it is here, the inevitable, and btw, I am in my 60s and going thru it again. Yes I said again. Not unusual according to my doctor. 1 RJ'S/beginning reacted to this

True, true but maybe just maybe this time it won't happen to me..eh eh what do you think McButterpants...... I'm always, ALWAYS rooting for you!!!!! I want good things to happen...like Ryan Gosling seeing you on the street and saying, "I've worshipped you from afar for a long time and I just had to introduce myself." OR you invent a chocolate cake with butter cream frosting that has no calories and you become a gazillionaire when you sell your secret OK - let's be honest...I want those things to happen to me! 1 RJ'S/beginning reacted to this

gmanbat 5,889 Posted December 30, 2013 I feel privileged that as a man I can empathize with menopause somewhat. During cancer treatment I was infused with Lupron, a hormone treatment designed to retard testosterone. Subsequently, I went through many night sweats and, most disturbing, weird mood swings. Crying because of toilet paper commercials is less than manly. I am glad I discontinued that emasculation nightmare. May your time be uneventful. 5 RJ'S/beginning, Idlewood4, Arts137 and 2 others reacted to this
Indigo1991 1,612 Posted December 30, 2013 RJ, I have an acquaintance who dated Gerard Butler when he was younger and lived in Scotland. I hate to tell you but she dumped him... not necessarily one of her better decisions methinks 2 gmanbat and RJ'S/beginning reacted to this

She got to at least touch him.... A school girls crush...Had it since I saw his first movie..Maybe it is the hair or the accent...Or maybe it is just him....Oh well..Nothing has happened that I always wanted anyway... I would probably just stare at him anyway...and not find my voice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!lol
Indigo1991 1,612 Posted December 30, 2013 Oh she did get to touch him.... He is a real hottie, so completely with you on all of this - even if the accent doesn't do anything for me! I am sure if you bumped into him, he'd speak to you, so no worries, stare away, ha ha. 2 RJ'S/beginning and Madam Reverie reacted to this
