ashes304 16 Posted December 30, 2013 I'm 10 months and 9 days post op, I've lost 120 pounds but gained 3 back during the holidays. My goal is to start fresh on January 1, 2014. I am looking for good tools to use such as food prepping ( never done this ), recipes ( my boyfriend is skinny and we live together so good food is a must).... Mostly looking for dinner ideas. I can do boiled eggs or bacon for Breakfast. Wendy's chili for lunch or salad or something. Mostly dinner ideas. I do not like rice, fruit, or shrimp. Please help!
