I just found out that I am pregnant. I wanted to know is anyone still drinking Protein Shakes?

Many people who are as far out as a year appear to still be drinking shakes.

Thanks! I was referring to being pregnant and drinking Protein Shakes. I feel good this far. No sickness. Just eating healthy still
