Kimber-lilly 2 Posted September 23, 2004 HI Gross Darcy-- The hematoma opened up was gross and now is GONE! All healed, back to work and school and all the zillion other things I have to do! So, all's well that ends well! My scale at home(is new)so I don't know what I would have weighed pre-op, so I won't know until I go see Dr Kemmerling in October--but this scale says I weigh 219! I am loving this scale! My pants are baggy and everyone who hasn't seen me lately says the same thing Oh! I can really see it in your face!---I would rather have the amazing disappering butt, but I will take what ever I can get! How are things with you?

New Hope 37 Posted September 23, 2004 If your pants are baggy, then you're getting "a disappearing butt". You'll be needing new, smaller underwear soon. That's a sure sign!

New Hope 37 Posted September 30, 2004 Katie, your body is going through a lot of changes right now. The weight and hormones are shfting on you. And you're still getting over the effects of surgery and anesthesia. It's o.k. to have a "pity party" as long as it doesn't last. Sometimes a good cry is all you need to get it out of your system. You're doing fine!
