I want to drop that 36 off hope fully by the end of January i would see what size I am but my goal is 180 I want to be a size 10 also I don't want to get too skinny but I need my bmi at a health number I am so happy it's under 40 right now I work out a lot and I still do liquids for Breakfast but I eat solids for lunch and dinner In between I drink lots of Water the key to this guys is exercise
