Length of surgery

Can anyone tell me roughly how long the lapband surgery is once you get into the OR??

Of course, the patient is the last to know. I think it's about an hour.

I think it's rather quick...maybe 30-45 minutes..

I was told it would take about 90 minutes -- longer if you need a hernia repair too. Mine only took 45 minutes though. Apparently all my parts are in the right places which made it easy to do! :welldoneclap:

Totally depends, 30-90 minutes or so. Though your family won't see you in recovery until you've woken up, so that will be a longer wait for them. At least a couple of hours.

Mine was 45 minutes as I was told it would be and that included my hiatal hernia repair.
