sandisleeve 563 Posted December 26, 2013 When is sushi permitted? I'll eventually ask my nut but just wondering how everyone fared with it and how early they were able to safely manage it? I'm 2 weeks out today and can start cooked flaky fish on jan 8 or so- can't wait! I miss sushi and hope I don't have to wait 6-12 months for it

awold0 246 Posted December 26, 2013 My family loves sushi. I went for sushi with them but just had the fish (no roll or rice) rice is carbs so I just did the fish. I was 2.5 months out. Filled up on the edamames and miso Soup. I felt I did not miss the rice at all. I am now almost 6 months out and went to sushi 2 days ago. I still stay away from the rice. 1 sandisleeve reacted to this
