Not to steal anybody props, because EVERYONE has done a fantastic job, however, your photos are exceptional. :clap2: Do tell......HOW DID YOU TURN OUT THAT FIT.....EXERCISE???? Tummy Tuck? ??? BREAST IMPLANTS??? GOOD GENES???? DO TELL PLEASE!!!!! I will be banded in May and I work out 3-4 days a week for 30+ minutes each session. housecatgirl 0 Posted April 7, 2007 Thanks for the link BlueTattoo! AND, thanks everyone for your positive comments! No, I did not exercise much pre band. However, sometime after being banded I learned that results would come alot faster if I started exercising. That's when I really got into it. I started with a 1/2 hour a day at Curves except on Sunday when they are closed. Now, I have an eliptical cross trainer at home which I try to use 1/2 hr to 45 minutes a day. I also still go to Curves at least 4-5 X a week for 45 min. (3X around the circuit). There are a few days that I end up working out twice a day. I know it seems like alot but I fit it in where/when I can. I changed my hairstyle so I don't have to mess too much with my hair in the morning. That actually gave me more exercise time. Instead of sitting at night watching tv I hop on my eliptical and still catch my shows. Even if I feel tired I make myself do it and I always feel so much better when I get of of it. The nice thing about elipticals is there is no impact on your joints so anyone can get a good workout from one. Mine is the nordic track. It cost about a $1000. but it was worth it! flabuless 18 Posted April 8, 2007 Wow you look great...what I want to know is where is the extra 15lbs going to come from...you look perfect as is! well done girl. becky
housecatgirl 0 Posted April 8, 2007 Becky, I tend to lose weight all over. Pictures can lie a little bit so you can't see the last bit of flab all over. People have asked me about my scars...again, the lighting of the photo hides the port scar pretty well. However, I can't even find my other smaller scars anymore.
